"WAG is well worth the investment to your health. Being a female, in my late 30s, with 2 young kids and 2 jobs it was hard to find time to manage what I eat, stay on track and still live a normal life. Being on the go all the time I will admit it was easier to just grab and go or eat the leftovers my kids had. Ya bad idea on my half. I have been an active person my whole life, between sports, running and lifting. I wax and waned between many nutrition plans. Everyone cheats here and there and that's ok, I know I did. My weight wasn't the issue, I have maintained my weight through my life, I was looking to lean out, be cut and yeah look the part of a CrossFitter who trains really hard as an Rx athlete. What and how much of what you put in your mouth is 75% of the life style. I was always told " You cant work off a bad diet." That is so true.
This program aka " Life style change" dials in on your food intake but also keeps it manageable. The coach listens to you and helps you reach a realistic goal. Its not a quick fix, all results vary but I will promise if you put in the work, you will see the results.
My coach held me accountable with weekly check ins, daily self check ins on the app. The picture, weigh ins and measurements show you what's working and what isn't
Doing all this helps me stay on target, it really made me want to work harder and make this my life. After 12 weeks, I saw and felt just like I wanted "Amazing"
