IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME

WHAT COMMITMENT AM I SIGNING UP FOR?

Making a sustainable change doesn't happen overnight. WAG requires a minimum three-month commitment to ensure you get the most out of the program. After those three months, your account will automatically convert over to a monthly payment until you cancel.

HOW MUCH WORK/TIME/EFFORT IS THIS GOING TO BE FOR ME?

This is a great question and to be completely honest if you have never tracked your food before, at the onset this is going to be a lot of work. There’s a learning curve but that doesn’t last forever. You’re going to spend a good bit of time reading food labels and wondering what in the world you can put together to fit your macros.
It gets better! It gets easier! Remember when you first learned to ride a bike? It was hard. You started on a tricycle, then needed a spotter on two wheels, you fell and got back up many times until eventually you got the hang of it and now you’ll never forget. Tracking your macros is similar. It’s hard at first, it takes a little learning and more brainpower than you’re using now to put together a meal. But like riding a bike, it gets easier! After a few weeks, you will fall into a routine, learn the nutritional composition of your favorite meals and it becomes second nature.
This is all part of learning what your body needs and how to best fuel your day.

DO YOU OFFER MEAL PLANS? I NEED A MEAL PLAN.

I do not offer meal plans, but that’s the beauty of this program. I have found that meal plans can be limiting and hard to stick to so, instead, I can help you figure out the foods that make your body look, move and feel amazing. In this process, you’ll become your own nutrition expert.I will work with you to gain the skills and confidence to make your own food choices so that when you’re ready to do this on your own you have all the skills to do so! HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS GOING TO WORK FOR ME? I’VE TRIED SO MANY THINGS BEFORE.

Everyone is different, so finding the right thing for your body type, lifestyle, and goals is no easy task — through this program, I will pull out all the stops, and try as many strategies as possible until you begin seeing results. At Propulsion Nutrition, I know there is no one size fits all approach so instead of “right” and “wrong” we will find what works for you. If you don’t give up, I won’t either.
You’ll also have a community of people behind you who have already gone through the process and are currently going through the process. In the private Facebook Group and your own social media accounts, you’ll connect with other members to gain additional support on your journey.
Like with most things, your results will be dependent on the amount of effort you put in. Regardless of body type, fitness level, and lifestyle, this program has worked for thousands who have put in the dedication, took their coach’s advice, and consistently checked in. And if you do the same, it can work for you too!
